Two ways we ship

Every product page shows which one applies:

• U.S. stock — ships from our U.S. fulfillment centers, usually within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
• Ships from factory — many industrial and made-to-order products are produced and shipped direct from the manufacturer, which is how we keep prices low. The lead time is stated on the product page; we confirm it by email after you order and send tracking once it ships.

Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. If you need an item by a hard date, contact us before ordering.

Bulk and government orders

Unless a quote says otherwise, quoted prices are delivered to your U.S. address — freight, customs clearance and import duties are arranged and paid by us. The lead time is stated on every quote; please tell us up front if you have a hard deadline.

Tracking

Once your order ships we send the carrier and tracking number by email.

Receiving

Please inspect deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us within 7 days so we can resolve it.
