30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

We cover it. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo; we send a prepaid return label and you choose a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping.

Changed your mind

Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We refund the item price once the return arrives and is checked.

Not returnable

• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Quoted bulk and government orders (unless defective or not as specified — see the quote terms)

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
