These terms apply to orders placed with GOVBUY Store, operated by Elite Textile Trading LLC ("we", "us"). A signed purchase order or contract from your organization takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

Prices and quotes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Written quotes are valid until the date stated on the quote.

Taxes

Tax-exempt organizations should provide a valid exemption certificate before the order is invoiced.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice.

Delivery and risk

See our Shipping & Delivery page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Returns

Store orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy. Custom, made-to-order and quoted bulk items can only be returned if they are defective or do not match the agreed specification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
